Hugh Holland (1940–2022, United States) was an American photographer best known for his iconic images of skateboard culture in 1970s Southern California. His work captures a formative moment in youth culture, documenting the early days of skateboarding before it became a global phenomenon.

Photographing skateboarders between 1975 and 1978, Holland focused on the streets, empty pools, and suburban landscapes of Los Angeles, creating images that combine movement, style, and atmosphere. His photographs are noted for their rich color, strong composition, and sense of freedom.
