Lots of Lots is a playful and deeply observational monograph by the American conceptual photographer Jason Fulford. Published by MACK, the book focuses entirely on a single urban plot—a parking lot at 24th and Mission in San Francisco. Between 2023 and 2024, Fulford returned to this site repeatedly to document the “accidental art” left behind by its daily inhabitants. Arranged as an alphabetical primer, the book elevates oil stains, lost trinkets, and pavement cracks into a sophisticated study of urban semiotics. Fulford challenges the viewer to look closer at the ground beneath their feet, revealing a rich, shifting landscape of human presence and material history.
